If you are unhappy with your purchase we can offer you a refund or an exchange. You have up to 30 days from the date of receiving your order to return unused item(s) to us in order to receive a refund or an exchange.
Products we cannot refund or exchange
Unless there is something wrong with the item(s) or it does not correspond with the description on our shop, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange in respect of the following:
- Unsealed cosmetics, for example if you remove the hygiene seals and tags from a product
- Products that have been used
- Products that are not in their original packaging
Returning your order
Step 2 Pack up your return in the original packaging (or equivalent) to ensure adequate protection in transit. Kindly note that we are only able to exchange or refund goods that are returned to us in their original unopened form and in a resalable condition.
Step 3 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
